Ingredients for Double Cheese Spinach Recipe
2 pk Each 12 oz. frozen spinach,
-thawed, chopped, drained
4 c Small curd, creamed cottage
-cheese
1/4 lb Mild Cheddar cheese, cut in
-small cubes
4 tb Butter, softened
3 Eggs, beaten
1/4 ts Salt
3 tb Flour
Double Cheese Spinach Preparation
Preheat oven to 350øF. Place all ingredients, except flour, in a large bowl and mix well. Sprinkle flour over the mixture and blend well. Turn into a buttered 7×11 inch baking dish.
