Ingredients for Dorothy s Oven Bar-B-Que Chicken Recipe
1 md Chicken cut into pieces
1 md Onion
2 tb Oil
2 tb Vinegar
1/4 c Lemon juice
2 tb Brown sugar
1 c Catsup
3 tb Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tb Mustard, prepared
1 c Water
Salt and Pepper
Dorothy s Oven Bar-B-Que Chicken Preparation
Brown the chicken in the oil, remove and brown the onion. Remove all but 2 tablespoons of the oil. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 30 minutes. Place chicken in oven dish and pour sauce over chicken. Bake uncovered in slow oven (325%) for one hour. Sauce is also excellent for meat.
