Ingredients for Dion s Pizzelles Recipe
6 Eggs
1 c Butter
3-1/2 c Flour
4 tb Baking powder
1-1/2 c Sugar
2 tb Vanilla extract; or anise
Dion s Pizzelles Preparation
Beat eggs, adding sugar gradually. Beat until smooth. Add cooled melted butter, and vanilla or anise. Sift flour and baking powder and add to egg mixture. Dough will be sticky enough to be dropped by spoon on to pizzelle iron.
