Pour drippings from turkey roasting pan into a bowl. Let fat rise to top. Measure fat needed for gravy back into roasting pan. Skim excess fat from drippings; add liquid to remaining meat juice to make amount needed for gravy. Blend flour into fat in roasting pan over low heat, stirring until bubbly and brown.
