Ingredients for Cucumbers in Dill Sauce Recipe

2 Cucumbers; scarred or
-peeled, sliced
1/2 c Sour cream
1 sm Onion; chopped
1/4 c Wine vinegar
1 ts Dill weed
Salt to taste

Cucumbers in Dill Sauce Preparation

Wash cucumbers, scar peel with tongs of fork or if desired, peel cucumbers. Slice and place in bowl. Combine remainder ingredients and mix well. Stir sauce into cucumbers.
