Ingredients for Cucumber, Tomato, Bell Pepper and Onion Recipe

5 lb Cucumbers
1 lb Bell peppers
1 lb Tomatoes; diced
1 lb Onions; sliced
2 tb Salt
1-1/2 pt Vinegar
1-1/2 pt Water
1 c Sugar
1/2 c Vegetable oil

Cucumber, Tomato, Bell Pepper and Onion Preparation
