2 tb Light corn syrup

Chocolate shot; optional

Creme De Menthe Bonbons Preparation

Mix vanilla wafers crumbs, pecans and sugar, syrup and creme de menthe. Let stand about 30 minutes. Form into balls about 1 in diameter. Roll in chocolate shot OR confectioners’ sugar.
