Ingredients for Cranberry Chicken Recipe

3 lb Broiler or fryer chicken cut
1/2 c Seasoned flour
1/4 c Corn oil
1 Chopped onion
1/2 c Orange juice
1/4 c Lemon juice
2 c Whole cranberry sauce

Cranberry Chicken Preparation

Shake chicken pieces in a bag with seasoned flour. Heat oil in skillet, saute chicken turning once to browwn. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
