Ingredients for Crab Salsa Recipe
1/2 lb Bay scallops
1/2 lb Lump crab meat
1/2 c Fresh lime juice
1 ts Grated tangerine rind
2/3 c Chopped tangerine (about 1
1/2 c Peeled; seeded, and chopped
2 tb Finely chopped purple onion
1 tb Chopped fresh cilantro
1 tb Minced fresh jalapeno
1/8 ts Salt

Date: Thu, 22 Feb 96 6:51:20 EST submitted by: firstname.lastname@example.org You can make your own tortilla chips by cutting a tortilla into 8 wedges; arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes or until crisp. Let cool. Store in airtight container. Cook scallops in a skillet over medium heat 3 minutes or until done. Drain. Cool and combine with rest of ingredients except the garnish. Chill. I omitted the scallops and it was terrific with crab only. Each 1 T of salsa and 1 tortilla wedge is about 18 calories.
