Ingredients for Cottage Cheese-Dill Dressing Recipe
1/3 c Nonfat buttermilk
1/2 c Nonfat cottage cheese
1 tb Lemon juice
1 tb Nonfat Parmesan cheese
1 Scallion, chopped
1 Clove garlic, minced
1 tb Fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 ts Dried dill
1/4 ts Black pepper

Here are a few wonderful dressing recipes from Sarah Schlesinger’s cookbook 500 Fat Free Recipes. Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender. Process until smooth. Chill in a covered container 4 hours until serving. Serves 4. 31 calories per 3 1/2 Tbsp. serving. 0 g fat. VARIATION: Substitute 1/3 c. plain nonfat yogurt for cottage cheese.
