Ingredients for Cottage Cheese Cookies4 Recipe

2 c Crisco shortening
3-1/2 c Sugar
4 ts Vanilla
4 Eggs
1 pt Cottage cheese
5-1/2 c Flour
1 c Cocoa
2 ts Baking powder
1 ts Soda
1 c Chopped nuts

Cottage Cheese Cookies4 Preparation

Mix shortening, sugar, vanilla and eggs. Add cottage cheese. Mix in flour, cocoa, baking powder, soda and nuts. Chill the dough; roll into teaspoon size balls. Roll in powdered sugar.
