I love the fact that the US works in cup measurements, it is so easy to do instead of weighing everything out.
I substituted the ham for canned corn, as we are going to have these with Split Pea and Ham Soup.
I didn’t have any plain flour ( all purpose ) so I used Self Raising instead and 1 scant teaspoon of baking powder ( I was out of that too! )
I baked them in a fan assisted electric oven on 200C for 15 minuted and they came out great!
