Ingredients for Corned Beef Casserole 2 Recipe
1 lb Can corned beef hash
1/4 c Parsley; chopped
1/4 c Pimento; chopped
1 Clove garlic minced
1 tb Lemon juice
1/2 c Sour cream
1/4 ts Worcestershire sauce
1 ds Hot sauce
1/2 c Crushed potato chips
Corned Beef Casserole 2 Preparation
Combine corned beef hash, parsley, pimento, garlic and lemon juice in a 11/2 quart casserole. Mix sour cream, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce. Pour over hash mixture Sprinkle potato chips over top. Cover with wax paper.
