3/4 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
2 ts Sugar
1 Egg
1/4 c Milk or water
1 ts Cooking oil
1 cn Whole kernel corn drained

Corn Fritters 2 2 Preparation

Combine dry ingredients and mix well. combine remaining ingredients and stir into dry mixture. Drop by tbsp into hot oil. Fry until golden brown turning once. Makes 12 2 inch fritters.
