Ingredients for Confetti Coleslaw 2 Recipe
3 oz Pkg. Lime Gelatin Powder
1 c Boiling Water
1/2 c Cold Water
1 tb Vinegar
1/2 c Mayonnaise
1 c Cabbage; shredded
1/2 c Carrots; shredded
1/2 c Celery; finely diced
1/3 c Raisins; (up To 1/2)
Confetti Coleslaw 2 Preparation
Dissolve geletin in boiling water. Stir in cold water and vinegar. Gradually add geletin to mayonnaise, stirring until well blended. Chill until slightly thickened.
