Another use of cocoa-powder mix with chili. In Cincinnati, chili with meat and beans has a great deal of cocoa in it (see recipe). I suggest you add 2 or 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder to your favorite batch of chili con carne and enjoy the results. The kids will think you are crazy at first, but they will enjoy it too.
