1-1/2 c No Yolks® Egg Noodle
-Substitute
1 c Frozen Mixed Vegetables;
-thawed
1 cn Low-Fat Cream Of Mushroom
-Soup; undiluted
1 c Fat-Free Cheddar Cheese;
-shredded
1/2 c Skim Milk
1/2 c Fat-Free Sour Cream
6 oz Chicken In Water; drained
-and flaked
Cock a Noodle Casserole Preparation
Cook egg noodle substitute according to package directions. In a 2-quart casserole dish, combine soup, 1/2 cup cheese, milk, and sour cream. Mix well. Stir in noodles, vegetables, and chicken. Mix well. Microwave, covered, on high for 10 minutes, or until heated through, stirring once. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Microwave, on high, for 2 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
