Ingredients for Citrus Tarragon Chicken Recipe
1/2 c ReaLemon lemon juice
1/2 c Orange juice
6 Cloves garlic; minced
2 tb Vegetable oil
1 ts Ground ginger
1 ts Tarragon
Salt and pepper; to taste
6 Pieces boned and skinned
-chicken breast halves
Citrus Tarragon Chicken Preparation
Combine all ingredients except chicken; pour over chicken. Cover; marinate in refrigerator 2 hours or overnight. Drain chicken; discard marinade.
