Ingredients for Citrus-Peanut Dressing Recipe

1/4 ts Prepared mustard
1/4 c Peanut butter
2 tb Orange juice
1/2 c Plain Yogurt
1/2 ts Grated orange rind

Citrus-Peanut Dressing Preparation

Good for lettuce or fruit salads, or with hard-boiled egg. Blend mustard and peanut butter, then gradually beat in orange juice. Stir in yogurt and orange rind and beat until blended and smooth.
