Ingredients for Christmas Fudge 2 Recipe

1-1/2 c Chopped Brazil nuts
1-1/2 c Chopped walnuts
2 -(up to)
3 c Whole pecan halves
1 c Candied cherries
1 c Candied pineapple
3 c Sugar
1 c White corn syrup
1-1/2 c Heavy cream or evaporated
-milk
1 ts Salt
1 ts Vanilla

Christmas Fudge 2 Preparation

Place brazil nuts, walnuts, pecans, pineapples & cherries in a large bowl. Mix sugar, corn syrup, cream & salt in pan. Bring to a boil & cook to soft ball stage. Remove from heat & add vanilla. Beat & pour over fruit & nut mixture. Press into a long pan. Cut into squares when set. MRS.
