Ingredients for Chocolate Doubles Muffins Recipe
1-1/2 c Unbleached flour
1/2 c Granulated sugar
1/4 c Cocoa powder — sifted
1 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Salt — at room temperature
1/2 c Water
1/2 c Applesauce — whipped
1 tb Vinegar
1 ts Vanilla
1/2 c Chocolate chips
Chocolate Doubles Muffins Preparation
Preheat oven at 350. Prepare 12 muffin tins with cooking spray and flour. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt. In another mixing bowl, combine water, applesauce, vinegar, vanilla, and chocolate chips. Stir just until moistened. Use an ice cream scoop to fill muffin tins two thirds full.
