2 c Cake flour
1 ts Baking powder
1 ts Baking soda
1 c Chocolate chips
1 tb Flour

Add the sour cream and the dry ingredients to the butter and sugar until combined. Dust the chocolate chips with 1 tbs flour and fold into the batter.
