2 ts Baking powder
1 ts Baking soda
1-1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Ground cloves
1/4 ts Allspice
1/4 ts Ground ginger
2 c Sugar
4 Eggs
1 lb Canned pumpkin
1 c Vegetable oil
1 c All-Bran Cereal
6 oz Semisweet chocolate chips
1 c Coarsely chopped nuts
Confectioner s sugar

Beat eggs until frothy. Add pumpkin, oil, and cereal. Mix well. Add dry ingredients, and stir until combined. Stir in chocolate and nuts. Spread in an ungreased tube pan.
