Ingredients for Chipped Beef and Cream Cheese Recipe

1 pk (6-oz) cream cheese
1/2 md Onion; grated

2 Lemons; juice of
1 ds Tabasco
1 pk (2.5-oz) smoked dried beef

Chipped Beef and Cream Cheese Preparation

Soften cream cheese; add onion, lemon juice and Tabasco. Spread dried beef on waxed paper, overlapping edges. Spread cream cheese thinly over beef. Roll tightly and refrigerate. Makes 2 rolls.
