Ingredients for Chipotle Bbq Sauce Recipe

1/2 md Onion, minced
4 Cloves garlic, minced
1 tb Bacon fat
28 oz Catsup
8 Chipotles en adobo, minced
2 tb (heaping) good chile powder
2 ts Cumin
2 ts Thyme
6 oz Amber beer
1/2 c Cider vinegar
2 tb Prepared mustard
1 tb Worcestershire
1 tb Nuoc mam
1/4 c Bourbon
1/2 tb Cocoa
Black pepper to taste
