1-1/2 qt Water
1 Bay leaf
1/4 c Garlic; minced
2 ts Salt
1 ts Oregano
1/2 ts Cayenne
2 tb Paprika
1 ts Cumin powder
1/2 lb Dry navy beans
1 ts Brown sugar
1 tb Chili powder

Chili with White Beans 2 Preparation
