Ingredients for Chile Cheese Puffs Recipe

1 c Flour
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Garlic salt
1/2 c Unsalted butter
1/2 c Sour cream
1 c Finely grated sharp cheddar
-cheese
4 oz Diced green chiles; drained

Chile Cheese Puffs Preparation

Combine flour, salt, and garlic salt. Cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in sour cream and mix well. Stir in chiles and cheese. Shape into a ball and wrap in plastic and chill for 4-12 hours until firm. On a floured board, rollout to a thicknexx of 1/4 inch and cut into 1 shapes. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 14 to 18 minutes, until puffed and golden. Serve hot, warm or at room temperature.
