Ingredients for Chicken with Snow Peas Recipe

1/3 c Soy sauce
2 tb Lime juice
2 tb Water
1-1/2 tb Cornstarch
1 lb Boneless chicken breast or
-thigh meat,cut into
-bite-size pieces
8 oz Fresh mushrooms,cleaned and
-sliced
1/2 lb Fresh snow peas
3 c Cooked rice

Chicken with Snow Peas Preparation

Combine soy sauce, lime juice, water and cornstarch in a 2 qt. round casserole. Stir chicken and mushrooms into soy sauce mixture. Cover and stirring midway through cooking, microwave on high 7 to 8 minutes. Add snow peas, cover and microwave on high 2 minutes or until snow peas are tender crisp.
