Ingredients for Chicken (Or Turkey) and Rice Pot Recipe

1 cn Mushroom soup
2 c Water
1 c Uncooked regular rice
2 tb Chopped parsley
1 Chicken; cut up (uncooked)
-but skinned is nice
1/2 1.35 ounce envelope onion
-soup mix; (like Liptons)

Chicken (Or Turkey) and Rice Pot Preparation

Mix mushroom soup, water, rice and parsley. Place in bottom of roaster pan or casserole dish. Place chicken on top.
