Ingredients for Chicken Chopulas Recipe
4 Chicken breasts cooked;
-deboned and diced
3 cn Cream of chicken soup
1 cn (large) green chilli s;
-diced
1 Onion; finely diced
16 oz Sour cream
1/4 lb Monteray Jack cheese; grated
1/4 lb Mild Cheddar Cheese; grated
12 sm Flour tortillas
Chicken Chopulas Preparation
From: jdka <jdka@csj.net> Mix all ingredients together, except the tortillas and only half of the cheeses. Put 3 Tbls. mixture in each tortilla and roll it up and place in a greased baking dish.
