Ingredients for Chicken and Ham Soup Recipe

1 Chicken breast fillet
-skinned and sliced thinly.
2 md Courgettes
1-1/2 oz Mushrooms
1-1/2 oz Ham chopped
2 Onions chopped
3/4 pt Chicken stock made with
-liquid concentrate.
2 ts Light soy sauce
1 ts Corn flour.

Chicken and Ham Soup Preparation

Place chicken courgettes, mushrooms ham onions and stock in a pan. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.
