Ingredients for Cheesy Chicken Breasts Recipe

4 Whole chicken breasts; split
-and skinned
2 oz Monterey Jack or Mozzarella
-cheese
1 Egg; beaten
1/4 c Fine bread crumbs
1 tb Parmesan cheese
1 ts Parsley
1 ts Chicken bouillon
1/4 ts Salt
1 ds Pepper

Cheesy Chicken Breasts Preparation

Cut slit in chicken breast. Cut cheese into strips and put inside slit in chicken breast. Secure with toothpick. Place, bone side down, in baking dish. Brush chicken with egg.
