Ingredients for Cheese Sauce 2 2 Recipe

3 tb Butter
3 tb Flour
1-1/2 c Milk
1/8 ts Pepper
1/4 Tsp. Worchestershire sauce
-(up to 1/2)
6 oz Velveeta, cubed, about

Cheese Sauce 2 2 Preparation

Melt the butter in a saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in flour and seasonings. Gradually add milk, stirring until smooth. Return to heat and cook over medium-low heat till thickened and smooth. Cook 5 minutes more over low heat. Add Velveeta and stir until melted. Thismakes 1 1/2 or 2 cups.
