Ingredients for Cheese Ring Recipe

2 lb Grated cheddar cheese
1 c Mayonnaise; (up to 1-1/2)
1-1/2 c Chopped pecans
1 sm Onion; grated, (or
-scallions)
Cayenne pepper and black
-pepper to taste
1 Jar preserves

Cheese Ring Preparation
