Ingredients for Cheese Ring with Strawberry Jam Recipe

1 lb Sharp Cheddar cheese; grated
1 c Chopped pecans
2 c Mayonnaise
1 Onion; finely chopped
1 Clove garlic; pressed
1/2 ts Tabasco
1 c Strawberry jam

Cheese Ring with Strawberry Jam Preparation

Mix first 6 ingredients together thoroughly. Place in a greased ring mold. Refrigerate overnight. Unmold onto serving plate and place strawberry jam in the center. Serve with crackers. MRS. LUCY W.
