Ingredients for Challah Kugel Recipe

5 c Soaked challah
1-1/2 c Sugar
6 Eggs
6 c Peeled; sliced apples
1 ts Salt
Cinnamon
Lemon juice
3/4 c Oil (I use only 1/2 cup)

I freeze all the bits and pieces and when I get enough I make this kugel. It stays nicely on the plata (I put it on the plata on Shabbat morning on a klee shani and it doesn’t get burnt.
