2 Egg Whites
1 c Sugar
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Almond Extract
1 c Coconut, shredded
2 c Cereal, flaked

Cereal Kisses Preparation

1. Beat egg whites until light, gradually beat in sugar and salt and continue beating until stiff. 2. Add flavoring and fold in coconut and cereal. 3. Drop from tip of a teaspoon onto greased cookiesheets. 4. Bake in 350 F oven for 15 -20 minutes.
