Ingredients for Celery and Sage Bread Stuffing Recipe
1 tb Corn oil
1/4 c Onion
1 c Chopped celery
1/2 c Water or non-fat broth
1/4 ts Pepper
1 ts Sage
4 c Bread crumbs
1 cn (Small) mushrooms; drained

Celery and Sage Bread Stuffing Preparation
Saute onion in oil until translucent. Add celery, water, pepper, and sage. Cover and cook until celery is tender. Add bread crumbs. Mix well, adding more water as desired.
