Ingredients for Catfish Parmesan 2 Recipe

2 lb Catfish fillets
1 c Sour cream
1/4 c Parmesan cheese
1 tb Lemon juice
1 tb Grated onion
1/2 ts Salt
1 ds Hot pepper
Paprika

Catfish Parmesan 2 Preparation

Place catfish fillets in a single layer in well greased 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients except paprika. Spread sour cream mixture over fish. Sprinkle with paprika.
