1 lg Head cabbage, shredded
1 Onion, chopped
1 Carrot, grated
3/4 c Vinegar
1 ts Prepared mustard
2 tb Vegetable oil
6 oz Frozen apple juice
– concentrate (1 can)
Salt and pepper to taste

Carry-Out Campers Coleslaw Preparation

Combine cabbage, onion and carrot in large insulated ice bucket. Separately stir together vinegar, mustard and oil. Mix with vegetable mixture. Add apple juice concentrate.
