Ingredients for Carrot Pudding Puff Recipe

1/2 c Margarine, melted
1/2 c Brown sugar
1 ts Salt
1 tb Lemon juice
1-1/2 ts Vanilla
2 Egg yolks, beaten
1-1/2 c Sifted flour
2 c Cooked carrots–mashed
Or 2 lb.can drained and
Mashed
1/2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Baking soda
2 Egg whites, stiffly beaten

Carrot Pudding Puff Preparation
