Ingredients for Caribbean Crab Cakes Recipe

1/2 lb Lump Crabmeat
1/4 c Onion; minced
1/4 c Red Pepper; minced
2 tb Jerk Spice
2 ts Honey
1/2 c Mayonnaise
1 c Fresh Bread Crumbs
3 tb Butter
Sweet Lime Salsa; to serve

Caribbean Crab Cakes Preparation

In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients except the salsa and the butter to form 12 crabcakes. Cook the crabcakes in the butter, over moderate heat, until golden brown on both sides.
