4 c Cantaloupe; Chunks
2 Lemons; Juiced
1/2 c Sugar
Cantaloupe Ice Preparation
1. Strain cantaloupe through a sieve or whirl in a blender. 2. Add lemon juice and sugar. 3. Place in freezing trays and freeze until almost firm. 4. Place in bowl and beat until smooth. 5.
