Ingredients for California Couscous Recipe
1-1/2 c Chicken broth
1/8 ts Ground pepper; may be
-doubled
1 c Uncooked couscous
2 tb Lemon juice
1-1/2 c Seedless grapes
1/4 c Chopped parsley
1 tb Finely chopped green onions
2 tb Pine nuts
California Couscous Preparation
Bring broth and pepper to a boil in small saucepan. Add couscous and lemon juice; mix well, cover and let stand 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; toss lightly to mix and serve warm.
