1 9 unbaked pie shell
3 tb Butter
1 c Sugar
2 Rounded tbs flour
Juice and grated rind of 1
-lemon
2 Eggs; separated
1 c Milk

Add flour, juice and rind of lemon, beaten yolks and milk. Add stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
