Ingredients for Butterscotch Strips Recipe
1 Stick butter; melted
2 c Brown sugar
2 c Flour
2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
1 Egg
1 ts Vanilla
Powdered sugar for rolling
Butterscotch Strips Preparation
Mix butter & brown sugar well. Stir in egg & then add other ingredients. Pour into two well-buttered, floured 8-inch square pans. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
