1 md Head cabbage
2 tb Butter or margarine
Salt to taste
Buttered Cabbage Preparation
Place cabbage in a thick saucepan with 2 tablespoons boiling water. Cover and let cook from 5 to 15 minutes, depending on whether quartered or sliced and tenderness of cabbage.
