6 tb Boiling water
1/2 c HERSHEY S Cocoa
2 ts Vanilla extract
3 c Powdered sugar

Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until smooth, creamy and of spreading consistency. Add additional water, if necessary. About 2 cups icing.
