Ingredients for Bulgoki 2 Recipe
1 lb Flank steak; sliced thin
1/2 c Soy sauce; low sodium
1/2 c Water
1/2 c Green onion; chopped
2 tb Sesame oil
1/2 ts Garlic powder
1/2 ts Black pepper
1 tb Sugar or sweetener
Bulgoki 2 Preparation
Slice meat across the grain and place in marinating dish. Add the rest of the ingredients. Let marinate for at least 24 hours. Stir fry meat in small batches in electric skillet or wok. When all meat is stir fried, add back all meat, all remaining marinade. Mix cornstarch and water and add to almost boiling gravy. Stir and let sauce thicken slightly. When it looks shiny, it’s done.
