Ingredients for Broccoli Pie Recipe

2 c Mashed potatoes
1/2 c Basil,; chopped
1/4 c And 2 tablespoons Parmesan
-cheese
1 c Ricotta cheese
1/2 c Sour cream
2 Eggs,; beaten
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper
2 c Broccoli florets, blanched;
-cut into bite-sized pieces
1 9-inch prebaked pie shell

Broccoli Pie Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl combine all ingredients, except 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese. Pour mixture into pie crust. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake for 1 hour.
